From Ancient times these festivals of Sanatan Sanskriti have promoted environmental well-being, mental and physical health, and spiritual aura.<\/p><p>In recent times it is observed that blind following of western culture has introduced festivities that encourage excessive alcohol consumption, drug abuse, obscenity and have led to alarming rises in accidents and suicides.
